In the last three years Suzanne Richards has helped more than 1,500 people affected by the harrowing crime of murder. Her tireless fundraising has collected more than £300,000 to help the grieving families struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one under the most brutal of ciricumstances.
From new washing machines, to mortgage repayments and holidays to redecorated bedrooms, her charity Smile For Joel has been a beacon of light at the darkest of times.
Suzanne's incredible achievements are even more amazing because she has done all this while coping with her own grief after her father, brother and son were killed in the Tunisia beach massacre five years ago.
