Sunday League football is known for producing some interesting stories that aren't commonly witnessed on the professional stage - but there may be a contender for the most bizarre moment yet at amateur level.There are often reports of fights, crunching tackles and other extremes that highlight the mass difference between Premier League football and your local Sunday League side.There are also some excellent examples too, as Brazil icon Roberto Carlos and ex-Chelsea forward Eni Aluko played games for Sunday League sides after two lucky teams won eBay's £5 legend lottery, in association with Football Beyond Borders.However, players and spectators at a game between Grays Athletic Sundays and South East Sports were treated to a rather unique incident, as a police chase interrupted play before an arrest was made.It was a rather routine Sunday down at Grays Athletic Sundays, as they took on South East Sports in the quarter-final of the Ted Fairchild cup, with the visitors winning 2-0 to progress to the last four.But during their win, a suspect ran onto the pitch while being chased by police, who then tackled him to the ground before making an arrest.The crazy incident was captured by a stunned spectator, and the video was posted to an account affiliated with the home side.The video was posted with the caption: "The game overshadowed by the funniest thing that’s ever happened in the history of Sunday league.
