Suzanne Richards will never get over losing her son, father and brother in a devastating Tunisia beach terrorist massacre in 2015.
But, after raising over £300,000 to support others who lose family members through traumatic bereavement, she’s proud to have created a lasting legacy for the men she loved.
Her efforts were praised at the Pride of Birmingham Awards in partnership with TSB, where she was crowned Fundraiser Of The Year.
Suzanne, 51, who lives in Wednesbury, West Mids, with her son Owen, says: “It’s amazing to be given such a fantastic award. "But it’s a double -dged sword because it’s obviously sad how it all came about. “It just makes me so proud of my family, brother, dad and son.
