The Broward County Sheriff’s Office said Kingston was arrested without incident on a Florida warrant in San Bernardino County on Thursday. This happened only a few hours after Broward detectives arrested his mother, Janice Turner, during the raid of Kingston’s home in a lavish Fort Lauderdale suburb.

TMZ first reported that deputies from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, along with SWAT team members, raided Kingston’s residence on Thursday morning in Southwest Ranches, Florida.“Following an investigation that began in the city of Dania Beach, this morning, May 23, [authorities] served arrest and search warrants at a residence in Southwest Ranches,” public information officer Carey Codd said in a statement to Fox News Digital.During the raid, Turner was arrested on “numerous fraud and theft charges”. It is also reported that Kingston was not home at the time of the police raid.
