UFC fan favourite Tony Ferguson has bravely admitted to being frightened over the memory loss that followed his nauseating knock-out defeat by the foot of Michael Chandler at UFC 274 on Saturday (May 7) in Arizona.
The former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion put in a fine first-round performance but was left passed out on the canvas following an unexpected front-kick from the former title challenger in the following round.
Ferguson has now taken to Instagram to react to his latest defeat, his fourth from four bouts after a 12 fight win streak, with a worrying update over his memory of the night.
He wrote: "I took a big kick to the dome this past Saturday inside that Octagon. It put me out for a long time."It was a scary feeling not remembering anything from the beginning of the second round all the way until I walked up to the ambulance."I thank God every day I made the trip back to reality.
