Little Mix's touring company suffered £2.6million loss after Jesy Nelson left

Little Mix lost £2.6 million in the wake of Jesy Nelson's departure, new figures have confirmed.As previously announced, the girl group officially began their hiatus on Saturday (May 14) following the final night of the Confetti arena tour.New figures released by Eternal Magic Touring this month confirm the company decreased in value from £7.6 million to £5 million over the period spanning from September 2020 to August 2021.Jesy sensationally quit the band in December 2020.

The paperwork also shows cash reserves in the company fell from £9.4 million to £7.1 million over the same 12-month period.Eternal Magic Touring is owned by Little Mix's three remaining members - Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 30, Jade Thirlwall, 29, and Perrie Edward, 28.In the paperwork, it is further acknowledged that the firm owed unnamed creditors £2.2 million.Jesy's Little Mix exit is also referenced in the paperwork.The accounts acknowledge that the firm's employees dropped from four in 2020 to three the next year.Little Mix previously handed over £3 million to Jesy in the wake of her exit from the band.This included a sum of £1,901,304 to buy Jesy out as an owner and employee of Eternal Magic Touring last year.Jesy recently spent two months in LA recording her debut solo album, returning on the same weekend that the Little Mix Confetti arena tour ended.In December, the band's three remaining members revealed they would be taking a hiatus after the tour in order to pursue solo projects.Jade has since signed a record deal with RCA Records and teased a collaboration with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.Leigh-Anne, who has signed with Warner, and Perrie have both also hinted at plans to launch their own respective solo careers without clashing in the charts.Perrie.
