Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to following a vicious attack in Manchester city centre which left the victim with a broken jaw.
The assault came after the 34-year-old man was approached by two men who asked him for cigarette. When he said he didn't have any, one of the men punched him several times to the face and head.
The attack took place at about 11.30pm on Friday October 15, 2021 in what police described as the Deansgate Interchange and Chester Road roundabout area of the city centre. Anyone who believes they may recognise the man in the image and could help identify him is asked to contact police on 0161 856 4409 or 101 quoting incident 470 of October 15.
