This Morning presenter Matthew Wright clashed with TalkRadio's Julia Hartley-Brewer in a heated moment on the ITV show.Tuesday's broadcast (February 22) took a tense turn when hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby brought up the topic of gender neutral toilets. It comes as London's Playhouse Theatre was blasted by theatregoers for introducing gender-less toilets at its venue - with West End punters branding the venue's restrooms "gross".Offering her opinion, Julia blasted gender neutral toilets as "woke nonsense" - adding that it's moving the world "backwards".Julia said: "it's moving the world backwards.

I don't know anyone that wants gender-neutral toilets. Women don't want them, men don't want them."My husband would be horrified to be forced to go to the loo with women.

I've got a 15-year-old daughter and I want her to know when she goes into the toilet that she's in a safe place."She went on: "Is there going to be a man looking over the cubicle? [hopefully] there's not going to be a man with his tackle out.

This is ridiculous. "This is about pandering to some woke nonsense for trans people, whom I think the majority of whom also don't want this."The broadcaster added that it's activism and ideology, urging people to "stop this nonsense".However, Matthew Wright was far from pleased with Julia's take on the topic. He said: "Well I don't know about Julia, but I have a gender-neutral toilet at home.
