Read at your own risk] Doctor Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) has come up with a lot of last-minute miracle saves on The Good Doctor, making the audience feel somewhat immune to a patient being on the edge of death.
We known Shaun is inevitably going to save the day at the last second, and that's why we love the show. However, in Monday's Season 3 finale, which concluded the two-part earthquake storyline, Shaun was too busy pulling off miracles in a collapsed brewery basement to save the patient we really wanted him to save: Neil Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez).
