Police have issued a fresh appeal for help to find a man who went missing from Warrington exactly one year ago today. James Miller was last seen on Slater Street, in Latchford, at 11pm on Tuesday, December 22 last year, Cheshire Live reports.
Officers have been investigating his disappearance ever since and desperate appeals have been issued by his family. But the 38-year-old has still not been found.
