Dancing on Ice star Ria Hebden has addressed her ex-show rivals being "professionally trained dancers" ahead of her exit from the popular ITV show.Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, the Lorraine presenter, 39, spoke candidly about her competitors' experience while branding herself "innocent" on the ice over her lack of professional training and having to start "from scratch".This series saw Ria partnered with ice skating pro Łukasz Różycki as she took part in the competition.However, the star found herself up against a slew of strong celeb contestants and was eventually named the second celebrity to be voted off the show.Speaking about the competition, Ria told Express.co.uk that she felt "quite innocent" as she didn't have any dance background.Addressing her fellow celebrity contestants, Ria explained how they were at an advantage.She said: "Everybody's at different levels, you've got some people who are professionally trained dancers who have been all their lives."So they know how to hold their posture and balance, they know how to extend their legs and keep their hips turned out."All these things that I'm learning from scratch now, they've had years of that understanding and training," she added.The Lorraine star went on to explain how she feels that even her co-stars who were actors and presenters knew how to "put on a show".Ria said: "You've also got other people who have been on live shows like this for years, so they'll understand how to channel that adrenaline and put it into their performance and not let their nerves get the better of them."You've also got people who are actors so they'll know how to put on a show and performance."Ria told how she felt that her lack of acting experience meant she was less
