Tottenham have made Ryan Fraser their top target this summer after making a lucrative contract offer. The Bournemouth star will see his deal on the south coast expire at the end of June.

As of yet, there are no plans to renew his terms and he is heading for an exit. There has been much interest in the winger this summer, with Arsenal and Tottenham linked with the star.

And Spurs have taken the initiative after offering the Scotland international a lucrative contract, according to Football Insider.

It follows on from their decision to make Fraser their top target amid their transfer situation. Jose Mourinho has admitted that the club have been hit hard financially.
