Kate shared the touching tribute on Wednesday, 23 October, one week after Liam, 31, tragically fell from his hotel suite in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In the Instagram post, she spoke about the happiness Liam brought into her life and revealed that the singer had given her a handwritten note before he died, which he asked her not to read.
Sharing a photo of Liam's note, it read: "Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever 444". In her tribute to the One Direction singer, Kate signed it at the end, "forever yours, Kathelyn", before adding "444", alongside a white love heart emoji and feather emoji.
