Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
RICHARD Madeley shared his bizarre food craving with Good Morning Britain viewers today saying it was sparked by lack of sleep and early starts.
The 65-year-old said he gets just four hours' kip a night and the lack of sleep has caused havoc with his diet. Good Morning Britain kicks off at 6am and the programme finishes at 9am, but presenters are expected to arrive earlier and stay later to prepare for the show that airs weekdays.
He told co-host Susanna Reid today: "I do find I am absolutely starving at the end of this show, after having four or five hours sleep. "I have an incredible craving for tinned Spam. "But it's only when I do this show. "Sometimes I actually get in the car and go to the shops and buy a couple of tins," Richard added.
The pair were joined by Dr Amir Khan on the show, who spoke about how a lack of sleep is connected to weight gain. Dr Amir replied: "It's sugary and fatty foods that you crave when you don't sleep so much because of hormone imbalances.
