'Will she turn up?' Richard Madeley digs at Adele over Brit Awards after cancelled shows

It comes after the Someone Like You singer faced fury from her fans after she cancelled shows with just 24 hours' notice.Adele is now back in London to perform at tonight’s Brit Awards, where she is currently nominated for four gongs.Speaking on today’s instalment of GMB Richard Arnold explained that tonight’s performance will be Adele’s first Brits appearance since 2016.Making a reference to her cancelled shows, Richard Madeley questioned: "And you think she'll actually turn up?"Last month, Adele sparked backlash from her fans after pulling out of her Las Vegas residency shows last minute.She took to Instagram to let fans know she was postponing all her dates at Caesars Palace Colosseum.Adele explained that her performance was not ready after “half” of her team were struck down with coronavirus.In an emotional video, Adele could be seen tearing up as she shared the news with her 49 million followers.She said: "I'm so sorry, but my show ain't ready.
