A Resident Evil multiplayer game is a great idea and Re:Verse is Capcom’s big swing. Bringing the Resident Evil universe into an online multiplayer arena, Re:Verse pits some of the survival horror franchise’s heavy hitters head to head in brutal, bloody combat.
It sounds like the kind of game that has to be a big hit. But at the moment, Resident Evil Re:Verse doesn’t bring much to the table.
The Resident Evil multiplayer title is available free to anyone who purchases Resident Evil Village. As an added bonus, that’s not bad at all – but as a stand-alone title, Resident Evil Re:Verse is left lacking.
The concept is a brilliant one – you play as one of six classic Resident Evil heroes (including Leon Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Ada Wong)
