Steven George Gerrard MBE (born 30 May 1980) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

Rangers supporter performed a sex act on himself during the team’s title celebrations.Ryan Gemmell, 36, admitted exposing and touching his genitals outside Ibrox Stadium on March 7 last year, after mobile phone footage of his actions went viral.Hundreds of Rangers fans had gathered outside the stadium that day to celebrate their team’s first league title in a decade, after then-manager Steven Gerrard’s men beat St Mirren 3-0.

In the short clip, it appears that the 36-year-old was near a number of fans when he performed his sex act on Edmiston Drive, just a few yards from the front entrance.

According to court papers, Gemmell conducted himself in a disorderly manner in that he exposed himself in the presence of people, with the charge going on to say that he touched himself and committed breach of the peace.Gemmell pleaded guilty today (Tuesday, March 22) at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the single charge.

Prosecutor Darren Harty said: "There are a schedule of previous convictions." Andy Lambie, defending, requested background reports from sheriff Tom Hughes.
