Police issue update following school exam stabbing in Moss Side

Three boys who were arrested after a horrific stabbing at a school in Moss Side have been released on bail. On Thursday (December 2) emergency services rushed to the Manchester Academy in Moss Side at around 9.40am following reports of a boy being stabbed in the neck at the school.

The boy, 14, was rushed to hospital where his injuries were understood to be serious but not life-threatening.
