Playboy Mansion. The twins were just 18 when they moved into the California home with Hugh Hefner, then 83, and began an 18-month relationship.Life in the mansion wasn't as sweet for the twins who described their romance with the millionaire as like being in a "cult".Now in the latest episode of A&E's docuseries Secrets of Playboy, they recalled the moment they were pressured into a threesome.Forced into the kinky sex session on their 19th birthday, they said it wasn't long before they both learned they had got an STD.The pair claimed it was dismissed as "normal" by Hefner's assistant – and later Karissa found out she was pregnant.

Karissa said: "Every time I've done it with him. For me it's like rape."He used control mechanisms completely through everything, so I'm happy that I had the abortion."The twins had a difficult upbringing with an abusive dad and absentee mum, as they were raised by their gran in a trailer for years. At the age of 17, a photographer suggested they take nude photos to send to Playboy, and by 18 they flew to Miami for a test shoot. They were soon named the July and August 2009 Playmates, then were invited to the Mansion and became the Girls Next Door. But they both thought Hefner's image was fake and that he wasn't actually having sex with the models.
