Petr Cech is set to make a stunning return and line up for Chelsea's development squad against Tottenham in a Premier League 2 game on Monday.
The 38-year-old retired from playing in 2019 after garnering a reputation as one of the best goalkeepers of his generation. Since last June he has been working for the Blues as a technical and performance advisor, but was recently surprisingly included in their Premier League squad as emergency cover.
He has been keeping himself fit, and is regularly seen participating in first-team training. And according to The Athletic Cech will be included in the starting line-up for the match at Kingsmeadow on Monday.
