Prince Andrew has agreed not to repeat that he didn't rape Virginia Guiffre due to a clause in their out-of-court settlement, The Telegraph has reported. The Duke of York, 61, avoided heading into court by financially settling with Virginia, 38, for what is said to be £12million – which the Queen will reportedly help pay.

However, according to the publication, as part of a gagging clause in the settlement, neither side can discuss the sex abuse case or the financial deal.

It's been said that the terms only prevent Virginia from speaking about it again for a specific period of time, which could potentially allow her to write a book or give TV interviews in the future.
