People will be allowed to exercise with up to five others from Monday, the Government has announced. Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden confirmed that from next week up to six people from different households will be able to exercise outdoors, provided they follow social distancing measures.
It means those in sports teams can resume their fitness, train together, and do conditioning sessions, that don’t involve physical contact.
