Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Winter Olympics star David Wolf was sin binned for a "very dangerous" hit to the back of an opponent's neck during Germany's ice hockey match against Slovakia.In horrifying scenes, Wolf, 32, was seen striking opponent Libor Hudacek over the head with his stick sparking a mass brawl on the ice.The commentary team described the events as "very dangerous to hit someone from behind on the back of the neck" and Swedish referee Tobias Bjork duly agreed.While Hudacek hit the deck clutching his head, Wolf was shown an instant 5 plus 20-minute penalty for fighting which meant he missed the final 90 seconds of the contest.Team-mate Stefan Loibl was also handed the same punishment for his part in the brawl as Germany's men's ice hockey team crashed out of the Olympic GamesAfter winning a silver medal in Pyeongchang four years ago, the German national team barely scraped out the group before falling at the first hurdle in the playoff round.The 'Bearers of the Eagle' were expected to challenge for a medal once again in Beijing with the hope of avenging their 4-3 loss to Olympic Athletes to Russia.HAVE YOUR SAY!
