Three brothers in a notorious crime group that controlled much of Europe's drug trade are fighting amongst themselves over the ownership of a luxury property.

New documents seen by the ECHO show the Baybasin brothers have appeared before the High Court of Justice to contend their ownership on a family home that was ordered to be seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act at Liverpool Crown Court.
