When the world went into lockdown earlier this year, the staff at Battersea Dogs & Cats faced a very serious challenge. All three of the charity’s sites were going to have to close for the first time in its 160-year history.

So what would happen to all the furry residents? Step forward Paul O’Grady to help try to evacuate and re-home more than 80 animals before lockdown took full effect.
