Gibbs changed his plea to guilty after appearing at Cardiff Crown Court on Monday, Wales Online reports. Ms Brown was stabbed in the face during the attack at their £700,000 detached cottage home during lockdown.
The victim scooped the huge sum around four years ago and quit her job to move into the detached cottage. Solicitor-Advocate Derrick Gooden, for Gibbs, asked for sentencing to be adjourned.
