Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann has questioned whether Manchester United's winning goal against Villarreal on Wednesday night should have stood.Cristiano Ronaldo rescued the Red Devils' first Champions League win of the season in the 95th minute with his 136th goal in the competition.United had laboured for much of the night before the introductions of Edinson Cavani and Jesse Lingard sparked life into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team.However, there were questions marks as to whether their winning goal should have been ruled out by VAR as Lingard was laid in front of Villarreal keeper Geronimo Rulli when Ronaldo scored.This was noticed by retired German midfielder Hamann, who took to Twitter to question whether the goal should have been.
