Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said the NBA has become “like a political organization” after its boycott in solidarity with those protesting the police shooting of a Black man in the Wisconsin town of Kenosha.
The Sunday shooting triggered days of violent unrest and has riled U.S. professional sports. NBA Executive Vice President Mike Bass said the league is “hopeful” to resume games either on Friday or Saturday, but was postponing a second day of playoff games on Thursday.
