A mum has revealed how she manages to feed her family for a week on an incredibly low budget. The woman, who shops in Tesco, has come up with a list of 23 items which can be used to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for herself, her partner and her children for an entire week, and it costs just £15 - that's just £2 per day.
