A new online tool uses mobile phone data to show how the population has been sticking to lockdown measures during coronavirus.The data can reveal everything from how often people are going to parks, to who stayed at home over the Easter weekend and even footfall in supermarkets.The busiest time to go shopping has now changed from the evening to morning, according to anonymised data collected by the University of Oxford.Before the outbreak, the quietest time to visit the supermarket was 9am on a Sunday.But during lockdown, footfall on Sunday mornings has substantially increased and now the best time to go grocery shopping is Wednesday mornings from 9-10am.Last week, the quietest time to go to the supermarket was on Tuesday at 9am - so it
