Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress. Markle was raised in Los Angeles, California and has a mixed ethnic heritage. During her studies at Northwestern University, she began playing small roles in television series and films. From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Prince Harry
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Prince Harry has been mocked and praised in equal measure after speaking about the 'hard days' he suffers and the steps he takes to avoid 'burn-out'.

The millionaire Prince and dad of two has been living in the USA with wife Meghan Markle for two years now and admitted to American firm BetterUp he struggles with his mental health.

In the firm chat, Harry said he was often 'schooled by the universe' and that life often got in the way of him 'doing the things he wanted.He said: "I too experience burn-out."I'm burning the candle at both ends and that's like, boom."On these days Harry said, you need to take time out of your day to better your life.

He continued: "That's when you're forced to look inside yourself."I know I need to meditate every day...
