Prince Harry has "lost touch" with normal people and is now all "me, me, me", an expert has claimed after the "waffle" advice he gave at a BetterUp summit. The Duke of Sussex claimed at the virtual event on Thursday (January 3) he would "burn the candle at both ends" before learning to take to relax and meditate.
He said that employees should be given 15 minutes of "white space" during the day and told people to "look inside yourself" when they feel on the brink of burnout.
Harry added that his "lessons from the universe" felt like a "superpower".But biographer Angela Levin claims the "waffle" advice is of little use to ordinary people, who haven't got the money or time to think about "me, me, me".The writer, who spent a year with Harry for an authorised biography published in 2018, told The Sun Online: "He’s very much lost touch."I can’t see how that would be of any help to anybody unless they are very rich, got loads of spare time, nannies who can take over and people who can run around and get shopping for them."Talking from an £11million house with 16 bathrooms, I just think it’s just appalling."Representatives for Harry have been contacted for comment on Levin's remarks.
