Tennis star Serena Williams, who is a close friend of Meghan Markle, also joined the panel as Harry spoke of his experiences of "inner work" and burnout.
In a video shared to the BetterUp Instagram account, the 37-year-old said: "Mental fitness is the pinnacle, is what you're aiming for.
And the road towards that is...it can be really bumpy." Viewers applauded the him for his openness over his own mental health struggles, while others admired the royals new haircut, Birmingham Live reports.
