A massive effort to raise £250,000 to fund frontline workers in Trafford has been launched in the fight against coronavirus.

Trafford Partnership, residents, charities, faith groups, businesses and Trafford Housing Trust have come together to help reach and support the most vulnerable and isolated residents in the borough.

The Trafford Crisis Fund aims to raise the cash to help people access basic provisions like food and medication, as well as making sure that those who are lonely and at risk have someone to talk to.

Trafford Housing Trust are doing all of the admin for the fundraiser on behalf of the people of Trafford, and all funds will go to the charities and community groups on the frontline helping people in need in the borough.
