Met Office released several flood warnings, Brits are being advised to brace themselves for another Arctic blast this week.Weather mapping from independent forecaster WXCharts shows up to 20 inches (50cm) of white stuff falling in parts of Wales and Scotland, following a sweeping weather movement down from the Arctic.
There will likely be over 20cm of snow in the Midlands and flurries on the south coast as the artic freeze takes hold.Bitter gale-force winds will brace freezing temperatures as the weather gears up for a battering in the next two weeks.The Met Office has warned Brits of strong winds, frost, freezing temperatures and coastal gales all sweeping in from the west and taking full effect on the rest of the country.Snow is predicted for Friday, March 11 and will likely come amid an unusually cold March week for Brits.The frosty temperatures and strong winds will hit before it's set to warm up for spring towards the end of March and temperatures will plunge to a chilly -5C in parts of Scotland and Northern regions on Tuesday.The Met forecast said: "As we move through the period, there will be an increased likelihood of spells of rain, potentially preceded by snow, arriving from the west.
