Kodak Black has called for a boycott of BET after Latto beat him in the Song of the Year category during this year’s BET Hip-Hop Awards.The Florida rapper voiced his disappointment on social media after Latto won for her track ‘Big Energy’ at the ceremony, which aired Tuesday (October 4), beating his track ‘Super Gremlin’.“This whole shit looked like a damn plot,” he said during an Instagram Live (via allhiphop.com). He also mockingly called the singer a ‘Frappucino’.“They probably hollerin’ at BET, like don’t give him that shit,” he said.

Kodak Black has been arrested and charged with the possession of cocaine in California.According to AP, the rapper’s legal name (Bill Kapri) was listed in the Broward County jail. Along with cocaine possession, Kapri was also charged with improperly stopping or parking his vehicle and tampering with evidence.Kapri was also reportedly in custody on Thursday, and was bailed out of jail that same night.NME have reached out to his representatives for comment.Previously last year, Kapri was arrested on drug possession charges in Florida.

Once awake and confronted by the officer, Kodak admitted there was weed in the SUV, but according to TMZ, the cop also noticed a Styrofoam cup that he believed contained an alcoholic beverage.
