The midfielder joined Brazilian side Flamengo on a season-long loan on August 20 and has already made seven appearances for the club.
Pereira made his debut on August 28 against Santos, but a notice of infraction was filed shortly after as the player is said to have featured eight days after his arrival in Rio de Janeiro.
