A "kind and loving" mum haunted by memories of a 'gang rape' took her own life, an inquest heard. Nicola McIntyre began suffering vivid memories and flashbacks to the brutal sex attack, with her family noticing "she was changing" as she fell further into depression, the coroner heard.
Shop worker Nicola told family she was contacting numerous mental health charities, but felt nobody could help her, Hull Coroner's Court was told.

Nicola was found at her home in east Hull, on August 29 last year after taking a number of prescribed medications, reports Hull Live.
