'Killer Clown' John Wayne Gacy had brain removed and ate KFC for last Death Row meal

She has since said that the brain is in "the safest place it can be" in her basement, although she has largely rejected calls from people to see it since his execution in 1994.

Dr Morrison told the Chicago Tribune: "We have it in our home in an area in the basement that is secure and not accessible." Unfortunately, the vile serial killer's brain does not seem to have uncovered many clues about what triggered his sickening crimes.

It has been thoroughly studied by anonymous researchers but they discovered no signs of abnormalities. Dr Morrison added: "They basically told us that there's actually nothing abnormal, no no tumour, no growth no sign of any injury."Murder is just an action.
