mirror.co.ukJofra Archer has given up his £800,000 IPL salary to make sure his is back to full fitness for England's international summer.
The ECB confirmed that Archer will not be heading out to India to take up his deal with the Rajasthan Royals this year as he continues his recovery from a recurring right elbow injury.
Archer will instead continue his rehabilitation at home where he is set to turn out for Sussex second XI and then in the county championship with a view to being available for England's two Test series against New Zealand in June.
