Former I'm A Celebrity star Hollie Arnold admitted she was happier than ever as she showcased her impressive weight loss transformation.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the Paralympian shared a before and after picture with her 38.1 thousand followers to reveal how "making changes" to her lifestyle has left her feeling "happier and healthier".

Sharing two pictures side by side, taken a year apart, the 27-year-old can be seen wearing the same black and white gingham dress as she poses during different stages of her weight loss journey.

Titling the snap "One year's difference", Hollie wrote: "A lot has changed for me in a year. I was unhappy and not myself. I let lockdown get the better of me, mentally and physically." "Now, I'm making
