Holly Willoughby 'barely speaking to Phil' amid This Morning 'shake up'

Holly Willoughby is "barely speaking" to her daytime TV co-host Phillip Schofield off-camera and the pair have "become more distant," according to reports.The ITV double-act - who have presented This Morning together since 2009 - became "great friends" after first having met as hosts of Dancing On Ice on the same channel.

Phillip, 61 - who last week spoke out about the show's "reshuffling" rumours - later described his 42-year-old on-screen counterpart as "his rock" after he came out as gay live on television back in 2020.

But a source has now claimed that the duo's relationship has become strained in recent months. The Sun claim that an insider informed them: "Holly adores This Morning and for the first time in 14 years she has made it clear that should Phil ever leave she would want to stay.They are separate entities.

It has become an open secret that things aren't as rosy as they once were." The source allegedly added: "To those around them on set, it has become clear recently that Holly and Phil are not as close as they once were.
