Firefighters declared a major incident after the explosion which may have caused two terrace houses to collapse and serious damage to a third.

Locals residents in the area have been evacuated from their homes as fire crews investigate the area and start searching through the collapsed building.Police have confirmed a search and rescue operation is still underway.Ten fire engines arrived at the scene following the incident at around 2.30am on Sunday, May 16 morning, with multiple fire crews dealing with the emergency.
