Jack Black has led the tributes for School of Rock star Kevin Clark who died on Wednesday at the age of 32. The former child star and professional drummer - who played Freddy “Spazzy McGee” Jones in the popular movie - had been riding his bike in Chicago when he was fatally struck by a car.
Clark was taken to hospital but pronounced dead an hour later. Police told the Chicago Sun Times that a 20-year-old woman was driving the car that hit Clark and she was issued citations Black, 51, shared an emotional tribute to Instagram remembering the "beautiful soul" who he starred alongside in the 2003 comedy.
