The two homes are a six-minute drive apart.This leaves Ferguson, 45, with a hefty profit since he paid almost $4.5 million for the estate about eight years ago.
Built in 1928, the home spans almost 5,000 square feet and is made up of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The half-acre hillside property was first acquired by pop star.
