A woman is said to have been knocked into the river at seaside town Great Yarmouth in an incident involving a boat, according to reports.

Emergency services have reportedly declared a 'very serious incident' in the River Bure and closed a stretch of the waterwa, at Norfolk.

Divers, four fire engines, four ambulances, an RNLI lifeboat, HM Coastguard patrol officers and police are understood to be at the scene near Great Yarmouth Yacht Station after a report came in at about 1.30pm.
