During a news bulletin, the siblings saw Ukrainian women being forced to leave their husbands and male relatives behind to fight while they fled.
Wiping her eyes, Sophie told her brother that she couldn't bear the thought of leaving him in a war zone. "It's choking me up even thinking about it," Sophie said. "Because I would just stay with you." With his own voice cracking, Pete told her: "No you wouldn't.
I f***ing wouldn't let you, you little softy. "Stop it, you k******d, because you're going to make me cry. We're here, you f***ing idiot!" But crying, Sophie replied: "I know, but it's just scary." Fans were overcome with emotion at the Gogglebox scene, with many taking to Twitter to share their feelings.
