An enraged customer pulled out a gun on a McDonald's worker after trying to leave a busy drive-thru queue. Arthur Walker had attempted to pull out from the drive thru when the victim, who trying to ease traffic issues at the Gateshead store, tried to direct him.
The dad then produced a realistic looking imitation firearm at his car window and threatened the restaurant employee, according to Chronicle Live.
Police later retrieved ammunition for the BB air gun at the offender's home. Newcastle Crown court heard how the terrifying ordeal unfolded outside the fast food chain at Team Valley on June 23, 2020.
