Amy Macdonald has cancelled her sold out Glasgow show due to the new Omicron Covid variant. The 34-year-old chart-topper from Bishopbriggs had been due to play in front of thousands at the city's massive Hydro arena on Friday.
But she has called off the show saying the 'safety of the fans and crew has to come first' with the gig rescheduled for March 18 next year.
