Being in lockdown has had a knock-on effect in many areas of our lives, including our bodies and diet. Binging on Netflix and ordering take-outs feels tempting but it can leave even the best of us feeling lazy and unaccomplished.
Instead we should all be making an effort to look after ourselves in quarantine, and it's easier than you may think. To prevent the possibility of developing any long-term health conditions, there are steps we can call take to improve our diet and exercise regularly.
